Ordering Online

Order in confidence with our SSL secure checkout.

Upon successfully placing an order, an automatically generated Order Confirmation email will be sent.  If the confirmation email does not appear in your inbox, check your spam/junk folders as they can sometimes appear there.

Place your order by email

You can email your order through to us (ensure you detail product and embroidery requirements and attach logo's if applicable in .jpg or .png format).  You will be emailed an invoice for payment.

Please note: We do not currently take payments over the telephone

Delivery

Small parcels (under 2kg) are usually dispatched via Royal Mail post service.  Large parcels are sent via courier with tracking.

Postage & Packaging Costs (UK Mainland)

All orders up to the value of £50.00 - £4.50

Orders over the value of £50.00 - Free

Please Note: Postage charges shown are UK Mainland Domestic charges.   Shipping to UK areas classed as 'remote' such as Scottish Highlands and Islands may incur a further shipping charge once packed.  

International Shipping

Delivery costs for International Orders are based on weight and can be quoted for prior to an order being placed.

Delivery

Average dispatch time is 10 working days* (Mon-Fri) although please up to 21 days to dispatch (Peak times such as Christmas up to 28 days)

*Dispatch time may be longer than 10 working days at peak time October onwards.

IMPORTANT: If your item is required for a specific date, please contact us prior to ordering to confirm that your item will be dispatched in time. We do not guarantee to adhere to any deadline dates which have not been agreed prior to ordering.

**Where dispatch dates are given, these are estimated only and can be affected by factors outside of our control (Note: Dispatch date is the date your item leaves our premises and NOT the date the item will be delivered to you)

Small items are sent via Royal Mail postal service.  Large parcels may be sent using a courier service and a tracking number will be provided with these.

Orders are sent to the address supplied by the customer.  We take no responsibility for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.  

Our webshop is for UK mainland customers only and parcels will only be dispatched to a UK recipient.  We will not dispatch orders to or accept responsibility for third parties/intermediaries .

Damaged/Undelivered Goods

If goods are damaged on arrival please inform us within 5 days or no claim will be considered.  For items sent by Royal Mail postal service, a 'non-delivery' claim can only be made 15 days after expected date of arrival (usually up to 3 days after date of dispatch).

Returns

A full refund (less postage and packaging) will be given on items returned to us within 7 days of receipt (at customers expense) providing the item is returned unused, unsoiled and in a resaleable condition.

PLEASE NOTE: OUR RETURNS POLICY DOES NOT INCLUDED PERSONALISED OR CUSTOM MADE ITEMS.  NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE WILL BE GIVEN FOR THESE ITEMS UNLESS WE HAVE MADE A MISTAKE WITH THE PERSONALISATION. Where we agree to replace or amend embroidery, items must be returned in a clean, unused condition in original packaging. Items returned in a used condition will have been deemed to have been accepted by the customer and be excluded from eligibility for amendment, replacement or refund. It will be the customers responsibility to arrange return of these items back to their possession.

Due to personalised items being non-returnable or exchangable, customers are advised to satisfy themselves prior to purchase regarding sizing and colour - we are happy to advise on any of our items.

When returning goods in accordance with our returns policy, please ensure all goods are insured against loss or damage as we can not be held responsible for any loss of goods or damage.

Bespoke/Custom Embroidery

Where custom logo’s are supplied, a digital proof will be provided to the customer for approval. No embroidery work will commence until proof approval has been received from the customer. Proof approval is final, no changes to embroidery will be made after we have received approval. It is the customers responsibility to ensure the digital proof is correct and accurate as we will not be liable for any inaccuracy in the resulting embroidery.

We reserve the right to change prices, colours or withdraw certain items as necessary.
